Shipping & Delivery
Our shipping department is open from 8:00AM until 4:00PM Pacific, Monday through Friday.  New items are typically shipped the same day an order is placed, though we may require up to 24 hours from the time of purchase to process and ship your order.  Refurbished items typically ship 3 to 5 business days from the time of purchase.   If you need your order expedited, please call us at 877-882-7226, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request (an expedite fee may be applicable).
Privacy & Security
We take precautions to protect your information.  When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way.  You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.  While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline.  Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information.  The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.  This web site contains links to other sites.  Please be aware that we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other sites.  We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of any other site that collects personally identifiable information.

Returns & Replacements
Barcode Re-Sourcing is committed to customer satisfaction.  Please note that many issues with equipment can be resolved through phone or email troubleshooting.  

Warranty: All NEW hardware items carry the warranty provided by their respective manufacturer. Refurbished hardware has a 90 day warranty against hardware defects. Pre-Owned batteries are guaranteed non-DOA for 7 days. Our warranties and guarantees DO NOT cover misuse, physical damage, water damage, loss, or theft.  

Products being returned as new and unused must be received complete, i.e., including all original manufacturer boxes and packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories, and any other documentation included with the original shipment.

All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number. Restocking fees of up to 25% will be applicable for all returns. Please visit our Orders & Returns page to start the RMA process.

Phone Orders
Don't feel comfortable ordering products online? No problem! Barcode Re-Sourcing, Inc. accepts orders over the phone.
To order by phone, please call us toll-free at 1-877-856-9257 M-F 8am-4:30pm Pacific. Before calling, please note the Product Numbers of the items you wish to order. To find the Product Number, simply click on the item you wish to order and locate the Product Number below the item name.

Changing an Order
If you need to cancel your order, contact Customer Service. Please include the order number of the item that you would like to cancel to ensure accuracy.

If you have already completed an order and wish to add an additional item to your order, you will need to cancel your initial order and place a new order. Contact Customer Service for assistance. Please include the order number of the item that you would like to cancel to ensure accuracy.

Please note, if your order has already been processed, you may not be able to cancel or modify it.
Viewing Orders
Check the status of any of your orders by visiting our Order Status page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your order.

When you click on Order Status, you will be prompted to sign in with your email address and password. An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current or past orders. If your order has not been processed you may modify or cancel your order from this page.

If your order has been shipped via UPS, you may track it using links provided in your order detail. It may take up to one (1) business day for your information to be posted on the UPS website.

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal.We take fraud very seriously to protect our customers and fully monitor and report all suspicious activity.
Updating Account Information
Change your account information by visitting the My Account page.  Once you login you will see a summary of the most important account information, including Recent Orders, the general Contact Information, Newsletter status, default addresses, and Recent Reviews. If you click Edit for any of these options, you will be redirected to the corresponding tab of the more detailed My Account page.
